So the big day is finally here – it’s your wedding day! And naturally all eyes are on you, the blushing bride  – so you want to look your best. But don’t worry – help is at hand! As your mobile wedding makeup artist I will personally work with you to create the perfect wedding look that is your very own. From chic and vintage, classical and even modern and contemporary, as an experienced freelance makeup artist, I can encompass any style of wedding makeup to leave you looking and feeling fantastic.

Makeup is an incredibly personal element of your wedding day look – and I have spent the last decade learning the techniques and tricks to perfect, long lasting wedding make up. From the classic smoky eye to the natural ‘no makeup ‘ look for the more down to earth bride. Your wedding makeup should make you feel like a more glamorous you, and no matter what your style, that perfect bridal beauty is just a few experiments away. Every bride is unique and every bridal look is different – and I love experimenting with different shades, styles and products to find just the right look for you.

I recommend you have a trial around 4-6 weeks to go through all your beautiful wedding makeup ideas. Please look at the gallery to get some inspiration. You can take as long as you like on your trial to get the right look for you and make sure you can feel confident on your big day. I create a comfortable and relaxed environment for you and your bridal party at my home in Chineham, where you can sit back and enjoy being pampered. Alternatively, I can travel to your home for a trial, but travel expenses may be charged.

When it comes to the big day I will be thoroughly prepared and know exactly what you want, so there will be no delays or confusion, and definitely no stress! I will arrive at your venue of your home with plenty of time to spare to fit in with your timescales for the day, and can work around your photographer so you get some lovely getting ready shots. I will apply your bridal party makeup first, and then your own before you step into your beautiful dress. Don’t worry – I save the lipstick for when you are laced in! Before you know it I will get you looking fantastic in time for you to walk down the aisle on one of the most memorable and special days of your life.

I’ve been hairdressing for over 35 years, and since 2006 I have been focusing more and more on wedding hair and makeup. I simply adore working with brides – there is nothing more fulfilling than listening to what a bride wants her perfect look to be and bringing it to life for her special day. I take pride in listening to what my brides want, and helping them to experiment with different styles to suit their face and match their dress. I will also help you create complimentary looks for your bridal party and even treat the mother of the bride to a little pampering.

I have put a lot of research and thought into the brands of makeup that I use on my brides, and I am always happy to recommend makeup that will work with your skin tone or type. I keep a comprehensive makeup kit stocked with a wide selection of MAC, Chanel, Bobby Brown, Benefit, Yves Saint-Laurent, Shu Uemura and many more, so you have access to your favourite styles and shades for your bridal look.
